Yes. We begin every engagement with a scoped pilot, typically one to two weeks, to validate integration against your specific data environment and message volumes. Pricing above reflects post-pilot terms. The pilot itself is covered by a separate short-form pilot agreement.

The DPA covers: lawful processing basis and purpose limitation; data subject rights obligations; sub-processor controls; EU residency commitments; breach notification timelines; and data deletion procedures. Floor tier clients receive a standard DPA; Enterprise clients can negotiate addenda. Contact us to receive a template DPA ahead of contract.
